Antonio Brazález achieved his Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance, at the Aragon's conservatory (Conservatorio Superior de música de Aragón, CSMA) in Zaragoza with Ximo Vicedo (OSRTVE) and Dani Perpiñan. He started a Master of Music with Dany Bonvin (Münchner Philharmoniker) in Universität Mozarteum Salzburg.
He studied 8 years with Inda Bonet (Spanish Brass luur metalls, SBLM) and Carlos Gil at the Aula de trombón Stomvi in Valencia (Spain) and another 5 years in private with David Rejano (Los Angeles Philharmonic).
Experience
As a profesional trombone player, Antonio performed with Gewandhaus Orchester Leipzig, Camerata Salzburg, Jewish Chamber Orchester Munich, Landestheater Niederbayern, Hofkapelle München, NAMES (Nes Art an Music Ensemble Salzburg), Oh-Ton ensemble, OENM (Österreichisches Ensemble für Neue Musik), Banda de la Diputación Provincial de Zaragoza, Orquesta de Cámara del Auditorio de Zaragoza (grupo ENIGMA), SoundINNBrass, Bad Reichenhaller Philharmoniker, Philharmonie Salzburg Orchester, and Landestheater Salzburg.
As a modern and Jazz trombonist, he performed with Lungau Big Band, Scheibsta und die Buben, La Pulqueria, Rudi Vistel's Big band, Ludmilla Mercerón, City Blues Connection, the RASP Quartett, and NABANA, with whom he interpreted in 2021 a solo Concert with the Nürnberger Symphoniker.
He worked with prestigious conductors, such as Ion Marin, Louis Langrée and Andris Nelsons, and soloist, such as Jonas Kaufmann, Steven Mead and Martin Fröst in Concert halls from China, Korea, Latvia and Europe.
