Antonio Brazález
The Conductor
Antonio Brazález achieved the highest distinctions among his promotion in 2021 for Master studies of Wind Band's conducting (Master in Blasorchester Leitung) at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, with Professors Martin Fuchsberger, Albert Schwarzman an Jorge Rotter.
His Approach
A Spanish temperament, an exquisite musicality, a refined technique and a remarkable rehearsal work transpire as his most notable qualities.
Experience
Since 2019 Antonio has been conducting uninterruptedly. From 2019 to 2021 he has been leading thrivingly the Musikkapelle Tiefgraben in Mondsee (AT) as Kapellmeister. Followed a fruitful year at the Trachtenmusikkapelle Zell am Moos.
As Guest Conductor at the Banda Municipal de Música de Villarrobledo he offered bold, exciting and inspirational performances.
Since September 2022, he is the Principal Conductor of the Bergknappenmusikkapelle Bad Dürrnberg, one of the most important Wind Bands in Salzburger Land, following the 45-year era of the remarkable Salzburg Landeskapellmeister Hans Ebner. Antonio already made a prestigious impact with the Frühjahrskonzert in April 2023, with praises echoing through the region.
Among other ensembles Antonio conducted the Bad Reichenhaller Philharmoniker and the
Bläserphilharmonie Salzburg.
